The Fish Spa

You may remember on my trip around the world, I told about The Fish Spa in the Singapore Airport. It’s basically a spa where you put your feet in a pool of water full of fish and the fish come and eat the dead skin off of your feet.  Yeah.

Well, I worked up the nerve to try it on my trip back and I even took video! SO, here you go….me at the fish spa:

    Um, no thanks. How did it feel? Live fish by my feet just creeps me out (I’m always afraid of getting bit by them if I swim in the deep water at the beach because you can’t see very deep!)

    Wow, I’m impressed Joy! My daughters and I tried this when we lived in China. I’m too ticklish! I had to pull my feet right out. It’s a funny experience for sure:)

    This is the reason I don’t swim in water where I can’t see the bottom! Gross! Since the water is clear though and I can see the fish, it may be interesting to try. Maybe on our way to Australia! How did your feet feel afterwards?

    what did it feel like? What did your feet feel like when they were done? Smoother? I would be flinching the entire time and pulling my feet out b/c i would be so freaked out! Good job for trying it!
